Define a set of near term goals and a long term vision for your small business or brand, getting crystal clear on what success looks like to YOU in the next 6-12 months.

Architect
Create a narrative for your portfolio including: your website, socials, as well as biz dev calls. Then we will build a 30/60/90 day business development strategy to start growing your sales pipeline.

Experiment
Here we start putting the wheels in motion. We’ll run a whole bunch of content and biz dev experiments to continue to refine your positioning over time to find product (or in this case, person) market fit.
